Autumn Quarter

Students starting Autumn 2016 quarter, please update your current address on your MYUW account. Your bill will be available September 7th. If you are medical student or in the MEDEX program your financial aid will be disbursed around that time. The rest of the student population can expect their financial aid to disburse a few days before the start of the quarter. The start date of Autumn 2016 is September 28th 2016.

If a student is not signed up for direct deposit, any refund or financial aid checks will automatically be mailed to the student’s local address on file. Students must maintain up-to-date address information on [MyUW](http://myuw.washington.edu/) to avoid any postal delays. Aid checks may take up to 10 business days to reach the student by mail; signing up for [direct deposit](http://f2.washington.edu/fm/sfs/node/118) is strongly encouraged for students to receive funds quickly and safely.
