Ariba 9r2 Upgrade Implementation

The Ariba 9r2 Upgrade Implementation project team has been hard at work these past couple of months testing to ensure a smooth transition to this new version. Upgrading to 9r2 ensures that our Ariba platform is up to date. The upgrade has been completed and servers were back up during the Labor Day holiday.

Assistance for eProcurement Users Having Browser Issues

Are you experiencing difficulty with eProcurement functionality lately? Your web browser may have updated to a newer version that is not currently supported. Find out which browsers will work the best for eProcurement and review assistance for Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox here.

Mass Edit for Tax-Exempt Machine & Equipment (M&E) Items

You are now able to do a mass edit to mark multiple line items as tax-exempt Machine and Equipment (M&E) on eProcurement orders. This applies to both catalog and non-catalog items. Instructions and FAQs about this new feature can be found here.

Update to Task-Option-Project Code Visibility

In late April 2013 the visibility of Task-Option-Project codes was modified. You are able to see your Task-Option-Project codes on requisitions and purchase orders in all screens and all statuses. Read more about this new update here.

Updates to Search Functionality

Are you having trouble performing searches from the Quick Search box in the eProcurement and Travel modules in Ariba? Changes have been made to the search functionality as of April 18, 2013, and you may need to update your Search Options. Find out more about these changes and how to update your Search Options here.
