Printing & Extracting

You can print or extract MyFD reports by clicking on either the Print, or Extract button, located near the top right of your screen.

We support the latest W3C Standards, using Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. At this time, we are unable to support Apple Safari, Google Chrome, or other third party browsers. If further troubleshooting is necessary, we recommend contacting your local IT department.

Are you having problems printing or extracting?

You may select either PDF or HTML as your default print setting from the MyFD Setup menu.  PDF will print in landscape and requires Adobe Reader v7.0 or newer; HTML requires no additional software and will print in portrait.

Does your screen flash when trying to print or extract from MyFD?

This is a common experience for users of Internet Explorer. However, settings can easily be adjusted to print and extract correctly from MyFD. Watch a quick demo to see how it's done!
