Financial Management Departments
Responsible for financial reporting, including the University’s annual report. Also provides banking and cash payment methods support for campus departments.
Provides guidance, tools and resources for staff and faculty planning and administering research, projects or programs abroad.
Assists the UW community by facilitating the post award financial administration of sponsored programs, from budget set-up to closeout.
Provides tools and guidance to the University of Washington's community for a seamless procure to pay process.
Manages and oversees University compliance with state and federal laws and regulations relating to the preservation and destruction of electronic and paper information.
Manages student accounts, bills and collects tuition and fees, disburses loans and aid, and manages third-party scholarships.
Works collaboratively with all departments to reduce UW’s tax burden and ensure compliance with International, Federal, State and City tax laws.
Manages and coordinates travel reimbursements for employees, students and visitors in compliance with University and state policy.
Assists both campus and central administrative units with information, training, and advice to mitigate risk of non-compliance with sponsor terms and conditions.
