The Design phase is now complete. We are in the Configuration and Prototype phase.
The design (or architect) phase of the project implementation began in April 2014 ran through October 2014. In the design phase, the processes, interfaces, and data for the system were defined to ensure the system meets specified requirements. The project team:
- Held design sessions for HR and payroll processes, integrations to unit systems, and reports
- Assessed impacts to units, roles, and university policies
- Loaded additional UW data into Workday (the new system)
The Design phase is now complete. The project is now in the Configuration and Prototype phase.
