In an effort to expedite changes to grant related worktags, Grant & Contract Accounting is happy to announce that campus partners can use the Grant Worktag Update Template to request changes to the following worktags: Cost Center, Assignee and Program. This process is effective now through May 31.
Please email the completed form to gcahelp@uw.edu. The template is also available in the Announcements section of GCA’s homepage.
Any requests to change the Balancing Unit, Fund, Function, and/or Resource worktags will require additional GCA review. Please send these requests in a separate email to gcahelp@uw.edu as it will take longer for GCA to review the request.
Starting Monday, June 3, we will resume the normal process of using GCA Only SAGE Modification Requests for changes to grant related worktags.
