Treasury Recognition

Recognition is a priority in the Treasury Group. The Treasury Leadership Group formed the T-REX to oversee a formal recognition program. The group is comprised of representatives from Risk Management, Real Estate, and the Treasury Office. Recognition is most effective when it is immediate. T-REX offers a range of both informal recognition options and formal award options.


Informal Options

A simple, "thank you" can go a long way, but when it's just not enough there are several options available to recognize co-workers and process partners. These are simple and great ways to say "Thanks!".

Thank You Card

Ask your T-REX representative where to find these in your office.

e-Card

You can send a UW e-Cards as an example.

Coffee Card

Coffee cards can be given to staff in the department or to others who work for the University. The cards are good for $3 and can be obtained from your T-REX representative.


Formal Award Options

The PEARL Award

Praising Exceptional Achievement, Resourcefulness and Leadership Rewards a team or individual for:

  • long-term improvement
  • cost/time savings
  • opening channels of communication
  • improvements to customer service
  • a creative process or outcome
