There will be no changes to the rate or deductible structure this year. The information from 2011-2012 can be used.

There will be significant changes to the Equipment Insurance program for the 2011-2012 policy year. Action is required on your part. Please see this page for more details.

EIS Paperless Billing

Equipment Insurance billing is paperless. Department personnel authorized by ASTRA for the Equipment Insurance System may access current and previous month invoices online. Obtain invoice by logging onto EIS, choose “View Internal Sales Document (ISD)” & select budget/date to view or print the ISD.

Billing is within 3 business days of the end of the month.
