The STAR (Successfully Taking Another Route) Award was formerly known as the TOPs award.  It is designed to recognize a colleague's performance that meets at least two of the following criteria:

* A long-term improvement

* Cost/Time Savings

* Opening channels of communication

* Improvements to Customer Service

* A creative process or outcome

The award is presented at a recognition ceremony and consists of a framed certificate and the option of a $75 gift certificate or the amount applied to the employee's Husky card account.

Financial Management and Strategy Management employees and teams, as well as employees outside of Financial Management who participated on FM projects, can be nominated for this award. Please contact your RQT Representative for additional information.
