The STAR (Successfully Taking Another Route) is designed to recognize a colleague's performance that meets at least four of the following criteria: 

• A long-term improvement
• Cost/Time Savings
• Opening channels of communication
• Improvements to Customer Service
• A creative process or outcome

Financial Management and Strategy Management employees and teams, as well as employees outside of Financial Management who participated on FM projects, can be nominated for this award. Please contact your RQT Representative for additional information.
