RQT members are staff who voluneer (or are voluneered) to serve on the team in addition to their regularly assigned duties. Members meet weekly to review award requests, distribute award items, plan and execute group or organizational level events, review documentation (including this website), brainstorm ideas for recognition awards, and otherwise address the support needs required to meet the goals of the Team, the Sponors and the organization as a whole.
