Care Award

A large percentage of our waking hours are spent at work and consequently our colleagues can feel like our extended family. When life presents major challenges, both of a professional and personal nature, we like to show we care. In spite of these challenges, we still have to maintain our responsibilities at work.

 

The Care Award was created to provide Financial Management and Strategy Management employees the opportunity to acknowledge a colleague’s challenges or triumphs, as the case may be, in a discrete and personal manner. A sense of "community" is a key element of Financial Management and Strategy Management, and this award is a special way to recognize the human element in the workplace.

 

The award is presented by one Financial Management or Strategy Management employee to another on a personal, one-on-one basis. If you would like to acknowledge a colleague, please complete and submit the online Care Award Form. You will be given the opportunity to select a special charm and card for the recipient.  Because this award may be of a personal nature, the recipient will not be identified.
