The mission of the Recognition Quality Team (RQT) is to promote and administer a program that enables Financial Management and Strategy Management employees to recognize their co-workers or teams for the contributions they make to quality work.

RQT seeks to continually review and upgrade recognition programs, including training, as needed to ensure that awards are appropriate and presented in a timely manner.

The Recognition Quality Team is committed to fostering formal and informal recognition among Financial Management and Strategy Management employees.
