There are several opportunities for involvement throughout this project.
- More than 300 representatives from diverse units across the UW participated in the Business Process Redesign efforts from August 2012 through May 2013. View a list of participants by unit.
- In August 2013, during Stage 4 of procurement, the UW community will have opportunity to view system demonstrations from the two finalists and provide feedback on the impacts/change they anticipate each solution would provide. Additional information will be provided as the dates approach.
- When the HR/Payroll Modernization moves into the Design and Implementation phase from 2014 through 2018, people will have additional opportunity to provide input into the future-state design of the UW's new HR/payroll system, as well as participate in testing.
