Problem Statement / Background:
Current administrative structures in Humanities have been reduced due to budget pressures while tasks have increased. Transactional activities are performed by generalists, who may perform certain transactions only occasionally, which can compromise compliance, accuracy and speed.
Goals / Objectives
Reduce labor and increase accuracy, timeliness, and audit compliance of transactional activities to release time to support research, instruction, and administrative oversight
Metrics / Measures:
Labor time spent on transactional activities
Accuracy, timeliness and audit compliance of transactional activities
