Administrative Improvements and Efficiencies for the University of Washington
Finance & Facilities (F2) uses a strategy map (mission, vision, values, themes and strategic objectives) to drive improvements in serving UW faculty, staff, students, and visitors. Key to these efforts is a focus on customer satisfaction and effective work processes. Customers and process partners are involved in all improvement projects. These examples demonstrate recently completed and current efforts to streamline, save money and enhance customer value.
