TIPS for eTravel users:

What is the ER status?  

•  search for ER and select Approval tab which will indicate whose turn is to approve or if check has been isssued
• select History tab to view all actions

Has the check been issued? 

• see MyFinancial Desktop
• see FIN (financial accounting system)

For quicker reimbursement it's important to select the specific term for each item. 

• select mileage for privately owned vehicle
• select rail for train
• select bus for subway or light rail

Editing:

• preparer must select withdraw, edit and submit when ER has been denied 
• preparer or compliance approver may edit before ER is fully approved
