Email Access System (Early Email)

The Email Access System enables departments to process general employee information in the system to generate an Employee Identification number and Private Access Code so that the employee may get access to their email prior to their employment start date.   In order to use this system, an employee must have a social security number and an anticipated start date.

Access

Access is given by the ASTRA authorizer for the department. A UWNetID, password and SecureID card/Token are required.
