MyFinancial.desktop (MyFD) is retiring

MyFinancial.desktop (MyFD) is retiring to support UW Finance Transformation (UWFT) and the implementation of Workday Finance. To learn more see the Frequently Asked Questions.

There are multiple transaction statuses, including Saved, Submitted, Pending, Returned, or Recently Deleted.  Transactions may be sorted by clicking on column headings.

Pending status includes both transactions Pending Local Review and Pending Review by Central Offices, such as Equipment Inventory or Grant and Contract Accounting.  Transactions Pending Local Review will remain in this status until submitted by a department user with Expense Transfer authority over the transfer from budget. While those submitted for Compliance Review by Central Office (Payroll, GCA, EIO, MAA, Capital Projects or Financial Accounting) will remain in this status until reviewed and submitted by that central office.

Saved status indicates a transaction that has been initiated, but not yet submitted.  After submitting a saved transaction, it will update to a Pending status.

There are a number of statuses you might see. Here are some of the most common:

Transaction prepared and submitted by a preparer; awaiting submit by department submitter
Submitted for Compliance Review

Restricted transaction submitted by department submitter; awaiting submit by Central Office submitter
Submitted

Transaction submitted and will be picked up for processing by FAS
System-In Process

=

Transaction has been picked up by FAS and will process overnight.
Posted

=

Transfer successfully processed and posted
Deleted

=

Expense Transfer Form has been deleted (but will be held in the system for at least one biennium)
