This Unmet Cost Share Report is being provided to assist departments in determining the status of required mandatory and committed cost sharing by budget.

Access to the report

• Use the "Email Us" button under "About Us" to request access • Include your name and UW NetID.

Active/Expired Budgets

• The report will display both active and expired budgets. Active budgets are included as a tool to track the progress of the cost share commitments. Prompt action should be taken on expired budgets to document the actual cost share. This will facilitate closing of the budget.

Unrecovered Indirect Costsⁱ

• GCAⁱ will update unrecovered indirect costs quarterly. This update will be completed by the end of January, April, July and October. MAAⁱ will send emails to departments in February, May, August and November alerting them that this update has been completed and encouraging them to review the Unmet Cost Share Report.
