FSC Certification is a chain-of-custody certification that tracks material from the forest through the manufacturing and distribution process to the customer. Consumers can be confident that products carrying the FSC label come from forests managed to meet social, economic, and ecological standards of sustainabilityI. In order to become FSC Certified, an organization must establish effective chain-of-custody management systems to track materials within internal processes. Those systems must be verified and audited annually by independent certification bodies.
Creative Communications was certified by the Rainforest Alliance on October 22, 2008.
How does FSC Certification work for me? When a job is FSC Certified, the FSC logo is printed on the job to let your audience know that you have made responsible, sustainable paper choices for your printing project.
