Managed Print Services is a centralized approach to managing printing needs within a department. UW’s preferred MPS supplier, Ricoh, performs a holistic assessment of your department’s copier/printer needs. The environmental impact of our printing activity is reduced through the elimination of equipment that consumes high levels of energy, better management of toner cartridges and their disposal, and reduction of paper consumption.
