Projects < $90,000 construction cost

Contact FS Works, fsworks@uw.edu to obtain an FS work order number and receive an assigned Facilities Alterations Project Manager. Design Services will then be requested to provide services. Design Services will obtain an 'Abbreviated Services' Tracker number and provide a written fee proposal to the Project Manager to forward for Client approval. These projects typically have non-40 budget funding.

Projects > $90,000 construction cost

Contact UW Project Tracker, tracker@uw.edu to obtain a Tracker number and recieve an assigned CPO Project Manager. Design Services will then be requested to provide services. A written fee proposal is provided to the Project Manager for approval.  These projects typically have 40 budget funding.

Interior Design or Move Management

Contact Design Services Interiors or Move Management staff directly and we will obtain an 'Abbreviated Services' Tracker number and provide you a written proposal.
