In 2012, Capital Projects Office reached it's long standing goal of having a total recordable incident rate of less than 2. We finished the year at a 1.41, while also experiencing our second busiest year on record. Lost time rates also continued to decline, with a rate that is 17% that of the average for the State of Washington.
